Thank God for Rachel
My friend Rachel works a few miles from me, out in THE MIDDLE OF FUCKING NOWHERE.
We had lunch together today. I felt civilized and normal, like I used to when I worked in Bethesda or even Gaithersburg and would meet friends from outside work for lunch during the day.
