Feelin’ a little crazy
Thinking about replacing half my sharp cheddar with truffle cheddar when I make macaroni and cheese this weekend.
What do you think, will it be mind blowing or a waste of truffle cheddar?
Edit: Sam, it gets bacon AND jalapeƱos. And panko.
Edit 2: Dave, that’s why I’m hesitant. And only planning on using half regular, half truffle.
