Thankful for the discomfort
My throat hurts, my shin splints are enraged, my stomach is still full, I’m yawning despite the 10 hours of sleep I got last night, and I can’t breathe as deeply as normal.
See this feeling of total physical breakdown? It’s a huge reminder to exercise regularly and not eat whatever I want all the time. Doing those two things would solve every problem I have today - if I’d done them in the first place I wouldn’t be AS bad off as I am.
