Cheese fondue, by my mom

1 cup of wine

Some cheese (preferably white, cow’s milk, and imported) (unless there’s some manchego lying around, in which case, by all means use it)

1 teaspoon of flour for thickening.

Add wine.

Add cheese, for re-thickening.

Pour a glass of wine.

Cut up some bread for dipping.

Consume.
